Once again we are into the election season. No, not that one, the NARS Ham of the Year election, and a confirmation vote for one board member. As in the past, we are making every effort to be sure everyone has a chance to vote. Walter, K5WH, is graciously offering the use of his zoom channel. At the appointed time, the polls will open and the voting will commence.
Those at the meeting will have the option to connect on their personal device to submit their choice, or they can mark their choice on a paper ballot and drop it in the ballot box. Those who choose to vote on zoom will be able to log in to Walter’s channel to vote.

The Ham of the Year winner will be announced at the annual banquet in January.
There will also be a confirmation vote for Jerry Davis, N5EKO, to fill the position vacated by Sam Labarbera, N6HB, on the Board. There will be an opportunity to challenge Jerry for the position. The decision on the new board member will be announced by the conclusion of the meeting.
